2010 Indy Poetry Contest Winner, Robin Kirk. (broadcast 4-12-2010) Robin is, besides being the winner of this year’s Indy Poetry Contest, an award-winning author and human rights activist. She has spent years reporting from South America on human rights issues and has published books on Colombia and Peru. She teaches at Duke University and coordinates the Duke Human Rights initiative.
